Internet is dcing and reconnecting.

This problem happen on Oct 24th when destiny 2 came out. I notice that i kept on getting kicked from game constantly mostly every 10 minutes in story mode. But i notice the problem happen for lol, cs go,and pubg. So i called xfinity(comcast) to see if they can send a tech out to my house , and they sent someone out here to fix the internet line. Which didn't do anything for the problem. I ran packet loss test(cmd ping google), i also tried running speedtest whenever the problem happen and i notice i got .01 download and 10 upload. But whenever the problem isn't happening i get perfect 100 download and 10 upload. But i also notice that my internet was fine whenever nobody was home but whenever someone comes home and uses the internet i started to get the problem. I also tried Dchp IP adress thing but it dint work or help out any bit(Pretty sure i did this wrong) I honestly dont know whats wrong with my internet

This also happens on my phone too so its not a computer problem.
