Internet is fine Pc randomly lost net access

I'm about to give up and go to bed as its about 5am here and I still don't know what has gone on. I finished watching a YouTube video and all of a sudden no access. The connections fine. Posting from my phone over WiFi right now. Have tried direct hard-line to pc through router. Tried direct broadband bypassing router. Dug up a wireless adapter connected that way. Still nothing. Checked all my network adapter settings. Tried the go to cmd commands flush renew etc and ipconfig info looks like things are missing but I'm not sure, I'm honestly so confused... No changes were made to the pc prior to losing connection... .

No changes were made to the pc prior to losing connection... Also I work for my isp I can access my network links etc... But cannot browse - or do any type of activity outside of that. Losing my mind. I hope someone has the heart to read this whole and has some ideas.

Uninstall your network drivers then reboot your PC and install latest drivers
