Internet is getting worse

My internet is gradually getting worse by the month, when i play games i am getting screen freezes(due to internet freezing i think ) with my ping jumping at times. This is occurring to all of the games i play. Can anyone help me to resolve this problem please?

Ah sorry to bother you guys, made a noob mistake. Turned off my router and restarted it and now my internet is fine again. Sorry for bothering you.
