When ever i play games i get perfect connection but when i play a certain game like pubg or destiny 2 i get disconnected. But i have perfect connection (100 d 10 u) but when i get kicked off i immediately go to speed test and test my internet speed and i got (.01 d and 10 u). I got Comcast to come over a week ago to change my network lines but that didn't fix anything. I have 2 routers and a modem , but i tried switching out both of the routers and it didn't fix anything. and apparently Comcast tested my modem from they're comp and said the modem was working perfectly fine. The only conclusion i got from this is most likely that the ethernet cord running from the first router to the second router is broken

first try a free vpn, if you get your rated speeds, its your isp or issue with the nodes from you to the destiny servers

how can your cable only stop working when you play destiny 2? its most likely not your cable (but you can check it anyway if you feel it is)

Hey I tried the free vpn and it still makes me dced randomly. I still havent found a resolution.

I've notice that when no ones home i get barely any disconnections but whenever someone from my family comes home i get disconnections constantly.

disconects when others use your router suggests a dhcp issue ... it assigns your private network ids, and if some1 else is using the same id, you get collision. suggest you manually set your home network ip to something not likely to be used. eg youre currently using 198.168.1.1, use 198.168.1.200

thats an example, you could also try releasing and renewing the dns from the command prompt (if it actually helps i would be suprised).

Wait how do u do that? I already try releasing and renewing my dns but it doesnt work but idk how to do the Home network ip.

i guess the best non-technical solution would be to have every device that uses your router/wifi on, and turn your router/wifi off for 5 minutes, turn it back on and it should reassign every device (not all routers/wifis work like this).

ensure you know your settings before changing them > https://btbusiness.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/7629/~/how-do-i-find-my-ip-address%3F/c/5099/
take a screenshot or write it down. all the info you need is there. subnets normally 255.255.255.0 (if that requires setting)

if manual setting doesnt work, revery by selecting 'obtain address automatically' and youre back to square 1.

Still doesnt do anything. i think i most likely did it wrong tho
