Internet is slow all of a sudden

Hi, it all started about 1 month ago when my internet started being very slow, i have spoken to my internet provider and they came to change the router, after few hours my internet became all good, but since 3 days ago, it started being all slow again, my download speed is usually around 75-90mbs and now it's not even 5 mb/s. I have tried to restart the router, unplugged it, even waited for an hour and it's still slow. I want to mention that my ping is around 15.
If anyone could help me i'd much appreciate it.

Is this over wifi or Ethernet? First thing to do is to rule out wireless interference and plug in a hard line to test the speed.

It's over ethernet.

are there any splitters on your cable run? Splitters can go bad. Also you can call your ISP and have them run a line test.
