Internet is terrible..

what the hell. most of the day my internet is complete garbage. works sometimes during the day (11am to 13pm) rest of the day its garbage.

paying for 100 Mbps and getting this http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/5934534473
and on my other internet (aircard), paying for 30 Mbps and getting this http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/5934541060

used to be fine, back in january-march 2016.

Is this specific certain devices? Or everything?

If it's impacting everything, you'll need to contact your provider if you've already ruled out your router(s) as the cause.

I have 2 internets from 2 different ISPs. I have 2 so that when one of them isnt working I can use the other one. I have contacted them both and they have told me that they cant do anything about it. problem is on all devices.

Again, does this impact multiple devices? Or one?
If it's impacting one, it may be driver/hardware related.

If it's impacting everything, you've either got an issue with your router, or neither provider can provide anywhere close to their listed speeds in your area.

I'f be very surprised if a 30Mbps 'real world' speed isn't available to you in Helsinki.

Therefore, it's either down to the router, or it's down to your provider themselves.

When they said they couldn't do anything about it, was this just over the phone? If so, what did they claim was the problem?
Did someone come out to get an idea of what's going on? Again, if so, what was their response?
