Hello! I am having a very annoying issue with internet speed on my laptop PC. The issue being that the internet is painfully slow. Loading a 3 minute youtube video takes an hour. What is troubling about this is that the other devices such as smart phone and other PCs are all totally unaffected. It is just my PC. This led me to rule out the router or internet provider as the cause of my internet problem. the internet speed becames like this very suddenly. SO i thought maybe it was a virus. So i reset my PC and reinstalled windows 10 fresh thinking it would remove any malware and fix the internet speed problem. However the problem is still very much the same. Unlike some of the forums i have read I cannot find "AMD quick Stream" in my installed programmes and features also.
