Question Internet Keeps Disconnecting and Reconnecting Every Few Minutes

My internet on both ethernet and wifi cuts out every few minutes to reconnect a few minutes later. I have reinstalled windows which did not help. I have also tried disabling the ethernet port through windows to see if that could be the issue as I wasn't sure how to turn it off in my bios (I have a gigabyte b450m motherboard). As I remember, I think the port may have stopped lighting up, but in my current location I have no way to check the ethernet right now. Ive also done the basic stuff like checking my power-saving mode. Does anyone have any ideas of where I could go from here? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Just realised that when the internet disconnects, the wifi adapter becomes disabled in the network settings

looks like the download speed slowly decreases to zero at which point the driver disconnects?

Then as soon as a download pauses the internet works fine again
