My internet keeps disconnecting very frequently. I also get the message "TWCU: failed to load library file" everytime I boot up my computer. The strange thing is that it never disconnects while I am playing a video game. If I'm playing a game like overwatch for an example: If I'm just in the menu screen then my internet will often disconnect, but if I am in a match then it will never disconnect. If I am in a discord call with someone then my internet will not disconnect. If I'm just browsing the internet or watching a youtube video then it will disconnect. The internet works well on my phone or on my laptop, no disonnects there, it is only on my desktop computer this will happen. It's very strange. How do i fix this?
I opened cmd and wrote in ping <my ip adress> and got this answer:

EXTRA INFORMATION:
PC specs (built):
gtx 1060 gpu
i7 4790k cpu
8gb ram
750w psu
Operating system: Windows 10. My USB model is compatible with windows 10.
Internet provider: Telenor (Norwegian company).
USB Model: TP-Link ARCHER T4U AC1200 Wireless Dual-Band USB 3.0
Devices connected to my router: My phone, laptop, my mothers laptop and phone, my ps4, the tv, my desktop computer. It is still only on my desktop that disconnects are an issue.
NOTE: I have replaced the USB with another that is the same model and the issue still persists, so I do know that the issue can't be that the USB is damaged in any way. This was not an issue when I first got the USB, everything worked fine then. This is a problem that has slowly gotten worse over time and now it's really bad (often disconnects every 5-10 minutes).
