im on charter internet, it has disconnected hundreds of times or thousands. each disconnect is for a second or two, but i can't have any disconnections.
3 tech people have come and gave me new routers, all new cables, etc and it still doesn't stop the intermittent internet. i have tried hardlining straight from modem to pc and it still gives me problems no difference. I've tried restarting the modem, router, etc, everything... Tech guys all say all their wiring looks good and tell me there isn't really much more they can do since the wiring looks fine, etc and I have no idea what to do.
I'm losing my patience and extremely frustrated I need my internet without disconnections at all for my career and now I can't do anything just got my third modem just today from them and tons of disconnections WHAT DO I DO
