Internet keeps dropping

I used to have a netgear router and it worked fine, but as soon as I switched over to CenturyLink, every single games I've played I have been dced from. The router is the C2000T and this has happened for over a month.
Some information: I called the company SEVERAL times to get help and they have sent over a total of 3 people, but none of them helped. They also checked to make sure nothing was wrong on their end. Please help!!!!!

Did they give you a new router when you switched?

Are you connecting via Ethernet or WiFi?

Yes, and each time a technician came to try to fix it they switched it out. I am connected via ethernet
