Internet lag but youtube and torrent fine speed

Self-explanatory title
My case is reverse in most cases out in the internet
When I youtube or torrent, I have max speed capping at 500-600kb/s(kiloBYTES per second)
But when I facebook, pictures load more slower and whole page loads at 10-20 sec while at max speed it should load at 3-5 secs
Also when I download not torrent, it is also slow, downloading 11.0 MB at 3min instead of a few seconds...

Sounds like your ISP has traffic shaping or you have been given restricted bandwidth, but who knows I dont know your setup.

My ISP is PLDT(Philippines) and I have read that they shape traffic but I have no idea that they can do it separately on low and high-bandwidth sites.
