Question Internet Lag on freshly reset pc

So long story short my pc wouldn’t let me play any games so I had to completely reset the hd and everything. So after that everything worked out fine but now my internet which never lags ever and inhave a cat6 or cat7 direct plug in to pc. Is this Pc or I it actually my internet provider? I have reset the router but still all slow and certain games I can’t connect for crap and discord bugs out.

Configuration problem is my thought.

Are any other network devices experiencing performance problems?

Run and post the results of "ipconfig /all" via the command prompt on your pc.

What make and model router do you have?

Who has full admin rights to the router's configuration settings?

You may need help from that person to restore network performance. Or otherwise identify the source of the problem.
