Internet lags when two or more connect.

When i get home my brothers Netflix lags when i connect to the internet my router is Linksys EA7500 - Wireless router - 4-port switch - GigE - 802.11a/b/g/n/ac - Dual Band
My speed test was 10 ping 15.67 mbps upload speed 2.16 mbps
Please help me i bought this router to fix this problem but after 20 days it started again.
(when i connect on my computer i get decent internet where i can stream etc but he cant do anything it will just freeze all the time in till i disconnect

Well, if they (is it plural?) is streaming Netflix (esepcailly in 4K), then it could lag. What are the speeds you are paying for?

i think we are paying for 60 mbps or something like that i know we have good internet and he streams at a low quality.

Well if you are paying for 60mbps, and you are only seeing 15mbps, that could be an issue with the ISP. Try to connect your computer DIRECTLY to the modem.
