Here in the Philippines, using a PLDT fiber optic connection with a Fiberhome modem/router (modem/router in one). I can't find the model number.

Here's what happened: I did a hard reset of the Fiberhome modem/router. After that, everything seemed fine until suddenly the I lost internet connection exactly one hour after I did the reset. So I powered off the modem/router and then powered on again, and everything was fine again. Then after one hour exactly, I lost my internet connection again. The only way to get back online is to power off/on the modem/router. What could be happening here? Trying to get help from PLDT customer service is hopeless, they have terrible customer service, so I'm hoping...since I broke this by doing a hard reset, there can be something I can do to fix it.

A few observations:
1) When the internet connection drops, I can still access the modem/router admin page at 192.168.1.1 but I cannot access any outside websites.
2) The problem exists for both WiFi and wired LAN connection on my laptop and also for all my mobile devices.
3) This is a telephone/internet combo subscription plan (telephone wire connects directly to the modem/router), and I noticed my telephone still works even when the internet is not working, and can do outgoing and incoming calls. (so why would VOIP work and not internet?)

So this seems to be some kind of lease timeout where the WAN network is dropping my modem/router after 60 minutes. No problems on my LAN or WLAN however.
How can I fix this or what can I tell the clueless service reps to put them on the right trail to get this fixed? (They claimed to fix the problem 2 times already but did not, they just reset the modem/router on their end, which worked, but after exactly one hour...I lost my connection again.

sounds like an issue with your ISP.
open command prompt and run ipconfig /all

also feel free to post screenshots of 192.168.1.1

by the way, 192.168.1.1 is hosted on the modem/router - you don't need internet access to open that page,
