Internet not working on laptop, but works on everything else.

My Surface Pro 2 seems not to be able to access the internet any more even though I know my internet is working fine. It can connect to the network but when I try to access a website it says error no internet connection or cannot connect to the server. I've tried restarting my computer and I ran a virus check but nothing came up. I would really like to get this fixed ASAP as it is very irritating and I have no idea how to fix it.

Are you connecting via wifi or ethernet? Please go into a command prompt and type the below and then post the output. I am guessing you maybe getting a 169 IP address.
