Internet on PC is slower compared to other devices

I ran a speed test both at the same time and my Windows PC receives about 2 Mbps, meanwhile my iPhone 6S has around 20 Mbps download speeds. (i scanned my pc for malware already)

That doesn't say much about what could be the issue. You may want to list your specs like so:

Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Then add the make and model of your wireless adapter. If this is a laptop, then parse on an SKU of the laptop.
