Internet only working on google youtube but not on steam and discord
Basically my internet doesnt work on steam discord and other sites ive never been to but for some weird reason when i restart my pc it works i don't know why i checked firewall at bitdefender says it is enabled idk mates i want sum help :) and yes i use a cable

Not sure what you mean by google youtube on a pc, but I'll assume you mean your regular browser is working (chrome, firefox etc.).
Discord is different in that it needs certain permissions in firewall yes, and so does steam. Typically windows defender will automatically let through both as it knows what both are, but do you have any other firewalls? Your router perhaps has a bit more stringent settings on it set up by someone else and you may not be aware of it?

i'm not sure for i know my router doesnt really have any other settings and i checked my firewall do you want me to send screenshots?

Well you can but it is odd. Every router has firewall or at least every router I've ever seen. The question would be how much others have futzed with its settings, and if you need to separately port forward for those specific apps in order to get them working. But sure you can send a screenshot of the settings, and the model of the router.

for the rest everything is enabled and model of router is CH7465LG-TN
Screenshots are in dutch but ill say what they say
what is marked blue means rules and the text behind chrome for example basically means doesnt matter every and then weigeren means block and toestaan means allow
sorry for my shitty english lmao im 15

Considering most of us can't speak a word of dutch, I think it's just fine.
I think you need re-setting up steam permissions. This explains how:
https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=2198-AGHC-7226
once you delete all the pre-existing conditions for steam on the router, it should prompt you to do them all again when you start steam. Just follow instructions and see if it works for you.
If not, you may need to find out where port forwarding is on your router settings, and then manually set up permissions for all steam related processes to have access to port range that steam uses. I can probably find port range for you, but try the first solution once.

alright hope it works but its also for discord but idk i will try it

already tried but the weird shit is when i restart my pc everything works fine so weird

Idk dood YouTube etc works but steam and other programs don't and for some autistic reason when I restart my pc it works fine so weird
