[SOLVED] Internet probably messes up my gaming experience badly

Hello so I have got a bit of a problem. I live in a flat in 8th floor and I use one of the best internets out here... not service of the internet...but like the best provider... and I tried 3 consoles, 3 monitors and 3 TVs with every single settings combination and my gameplay in any fps games is slow and feels like it was delayed (but not literally delayed, tho, but soooo slowed down). I talked to specialist about consoles and my geas is above standarts and there is no problem with it. Only problem might be that the internet service i am using is used by like 9 other neighbours in the same flat because it was a flat offer. Can this be my issue? Should i switch service or even provider? Speeds show good numbers btw.. nothing wrong with speeds. Sorry for my english btw... i am from czech republic and thanks for answers in advance..

I assume you're referring to the monitors as PC's, correct? If so, you might want to run speetest on each of the PC's to see if the speeds are coherent.

If you can ensure that the ISP you've got access to is the issue then you're better off changing the ISP.
