Internet problems xp

Hello I'm having trouble connecting to the internet I've recently had problems with my computer, so I reset it and when I tried to connect their is no wireless tab where you find your wifi network. I reset the computer and it installed windows xp home edition. Please help

You probably need to install the wireless card drivers from support page of whatever computer/wifi card you are using.
