Sooo.. I have been getting really annoying wifi issues where it partially disconnects (from game and internet browser but not discord voice chaat?)

Then when I run the troubleshooter (it usually finds an issue like connection broken or dns something which doesn't get resolved but then the internet works again immediately.

Not sure how to insert my dxdiag here but I don't think it matters. The issue seems funky and unrelated to my operating system or w/e.. the issue happens across multiple devices and I have no idea what to do about it.

Make and model information for modem and router (or modem/router if combined)?

Do you have administrative rights to the router? The router's logs (if available and enabled) may prove helpful.

What troubleshooter are you running? I expect that you are referring to Window 10's built in troubleshooter but I do want to make sure of that.

Have you tried swapping out any wired connections between key/central devices such as modem <--> router or router <--> switch or router<- -> access point?

Multiple devices: how many and how connected?

Any power line adapters in use?

Use known working ethernet cables.

Run and post the results of "ipconfig /all" via your computer.

Likewise for "arp -a".

Yes, Win10 built in troubleshooter, just running that seems to "fix" when my internet gets "stuck".
As for the internet device it's what came with my isp: ADB DV 2220 (that's what i found on the baack).
Not sure if it's a modem or router or a combo?

Well the strange connection issue happens on my phone as well. This might just be an issue with the wifi but my ISP (cellcom) did not want to set up LAN to my room for god knows what reason.

"Have you tried swapping out any wired connections between key/central devices such as modem <--> router or router <--> switch or router<- -> access point? "

^Not sure what you mean by that^
