Internet required for Rocket League

hey guys i wanna play rocket league online but not able to play on my net of 1mb with download speed of 120-160 kbps and speedtest says ping is about 28 so please tell me the minimum speed required to play rocket league online .... thanks

You can play Rocket League with 1mb without a problem, below that is uncertain.
