I recently moved houses and had to switch to a new ISP, Bright House Networks (recently bought out by Time Warner Cable), since my old one isnt supported in my area. Ever since they came out, ive been having an issue where the internet will cut off at the same time everyday.
Basically, it goes like this. Ill be using my computer, and at 4:45 pm everyday, the internet will turn off across all of the devices. The tv service will remain on, but the internet turn off for about 1-2 minutes, and turns back on. Its almost as if it restarts. After that, everything is fine until the next day at 4:45 where it repeats the cycle. I check the router when it does this and the indicator light showing the internet status is off.
Ive checked all my router settings and there is no option that restarts the router at a certain time.
Not sure why it would be doing this, but any help would be greatly appreciated.
