Internet screen resolution = very tiny

Hello,
In my daughters user account, when something is googled, the findings come up very tiny and unreadable? how can we reset this?

What Browser are you using ? In Firefox just hold down Ctrl and use the mousewheel to increase the size.

And if u have no whell on the mouse, hold CTRL and press + : )

Just to add more information, holding Ctrl and pressing the number 0 will typically return you to the default zoom.
