Internet security settings prevented one or more files to be opened

hie...i am running windows 7 ultimate 64bit os.
Something is wrong with my os when i am trying to open adobe reader , rocket dock and other application it says " Internet security settings prevented one or more files to be opened"...!
I tried to solve this by googled it...but not worked..!!!
Plz help me..!!

If you are in an Enterprise environment, GPO settings managed by your Windows Server Support team may not allow certain types of files to be opened, or not allow them to be opened from certain locations (e.g. the Temporary Internet Files folder).
