Internet Security vs. Anti-Virus

What is the difference between Internet security and an antivirus program? I'm trying to choose between Eset Nod32 anti-virus and Kaspersky Internet Security and I want to know which is better/ the difference between the two types. Does internet security include an antivirus program with scans and everything like that? Which will my computer be safer with?

Eset nod32 is just an antivirus with spyware protection.Kaspersky Internet Security has both of those plus a great firewall.

I prefer KIS but ESET is good to!
