So I got to ask have you guys ever notice when your signing up to a ISP and trying to figure out a good deal they try to trick you to get the most expensive??, Well of course, but they aren't even valid arguments, the minute I told them I was a gamer they said that only the fastest internet would work for gaming. When in reality, no not at all. I ended up getting standard 10mbs Download 1mbs Upload Speed and very satisfied. Sorry if it isn't really a question I just felt like posting it

My Provider is Time Warner Cable

I have the FIOS 25/25 package and have for about 6 years now. Despite being content with my service they constantly are trying to get me to get faster 50/50 for "only $10 more". Which is total bull, the initial cost is $10, but then add in all the surcharges that go up, plus more tax and other stuff and the $10 adds more like $30 to the overall bill.

They all do it, just have to be on your toes and have at least basic knowledge of what your needs are for internet speeds.

Oh this is nothing.

When you go into places like Jeffy Lube, all of a sudden a simple oil change turns into a full tune-up kind of thing.

A stupid dentist, which I dumped, not soon enough, was like a used car salesman, as soon as I walked into the office, they wanted me to do this and do that, and BTW, easy financing! they say. $220 for a mouth guard (custom made of course) when all I needed was a $15 version from Walgreen.
