Internet signal keeps dropping

Hello,
I bought a new Toshiba P755 running W7 with Intel i7. I use a NetGear router. My internet keeps dropping off on my new computer but all the others are still online. Once I run troubleshooting it states there is a gateway issue but I am needing to do this every hour or sooner! Can you help?

Is this a wired or wireless connection? If it is a wireless connection then this isn't really unusual.
