Internet slow in browser, but fast when downloading a game.

So my internet started going really slow in browser, and the speed test showed my speed to only be 13 mbps, but when i'm downloading a game it downloads with speeds up to 13 mbps, which translates to that the speedtest should shows 100+ mbps.

If this does not work you may have a malware infection that needs cleaned.

Downloading them from where? What is your isp package.

More than likely your game download is configured to show in Mbps instead of MBps and nothing is wrong. You need to be clear with your terms you can't just say millibits per second.
