[SOLVED] Internet Slow Only On PC

I am a gamer and after I downloaded something for a game which was probably a virus slowed down my PC a lot. My download speeds went from 30 mb/s to 300 kb/s. It takes so long to load a page and I ran multiple virus scanners such as malware bytes and others, checked my task manager and I cant seem to find the issue. I really need help with this because I want to be able to use my PC how its supposed to be used.

Everywhere else the internet is fine it's only slow on that PC.

There is no way to really know what you downloaded and started on your system. It could be a backdoor to your system and some people are browsing your files right now.

The only real way to be sure is to totally wipe everything and reinstall Windows.
