Question Internet speed capped at 10mbps exclusive to one PC

The low speed is exclusive to this laptop, as on other devices at my home I recieve 200mbps almost everytime. My issue could be due to some app regulating my internet speed. Thus, is there any app by nvidia, equivalent to AMD's quick stream since it has been known to limit the internet bandwidth?

Hi. I cannot tell you what apps you may or may not have installed, in particular if an app is what you suspect are the reason behind the issue.

Therefore, I suggest you go to a computer repair store and ask to get W10 installed from scratch. Just remember taking backup of personal files.

If you believe it is a software issue, then boot a portable Linux OS and retest.
Is this a wired or wireless connection?
What is the model of the router and laptop?
