Hey, I have a modem which is connected to a wireless router and my pc is connected to the router via Ethernet. I seem to only be getting 10mbps download speed and 2mbps upload speed. I'
m supposed to be getting 80/80. Until recently the upload speed was the same as the download speed but today it went down. I've tested with other pcs on the same cable and it's just the same. (Cat 5e cable)

I've already tried messing with the duplex speeds, restarting router, modem and I can't figure out what's wrong. I don't wanna buy another cable if I don't know that's the cause. I also have a 1gbps network card. My router is Jensen Airlink 89300 v3. On wifi the speed is 50/45mbps

That is a very old router it only have 10/100 ports. It still should run at 100mbps.

Maybe the problem is the cable between the router and the modem. You could try to plug into the modem with your PC.

In general you can not set speed and duplex on most routers it only runs in auto mode. This is why you have to have it set to auto in your pc, it gets very confused if you manually set things when the other end is auto.

10mbps generally means it is a bad cable. There is no cost effective way to test a cable so it is cheaper to just buy some new ones. You only need cat5e but be sure it is a pure copper cable (ie not CCA). It should also have wire between 22-24 awg those flat and thin cables have much smaller wires and...
What speed is your computer linking at? 10Mbits? it either could be a cabling problem or something wrong on either of the network cards.
Do not adjust the Duplex and Speeds unless you do it on both ends, otherwise you end up with a mismatch and from my experience if you get a connection its a messed up 10mbit one.
