Question Internet speed drops to 0.50Mbps when I connect my PC.

I've just gotten a new pc and for the first week everything was fine.
The last 2 days though I've noticed that my download speed drops from 70Mbps to 0.50Mbps on all devices as soon as my pc connects through WiFi or ethernet cable.
I'm pretty handy when it comes to troubleshooting issues but this has got me stumped.
I've reset my router, changed the channel and frequency and I'm out of ideas now.

Also run "ipconfig /all" (without quotes) via the Command Prompt.

In addition to the above check the resource monitor network tab and make sure your machine is not downloading something. Microsoft loves to download stuff without permission.

Disable IPv6.

Not sure about that "Secure VPN" - are you knowingly using a VPN?

Or is it perhaps just getting launched at startup and running in the background?
