Internet speed from 100 mb/s down to 50 kb/s down

Started today like at 3 P.M so about 2 hours and 30 minutes ago I was playing Warframe and suddenly started teleporting and such, and I was wondering what had happened so I looked on speedtest and it was telling me I was downloading at .3 mb/s which isn't good.. because I usually download at 100 mb/s. I have no idea what's happening, I'm the only person using internet right now so nothing should be taking my bandwidth.

Also to note that my ping seems to be normal, sitting around 50ms

How do I do that?

need to know the ip address of the router and the user name and password

sometimes all of those are on a label on the back or bottom of the router--sometimes only user name and password

if the ip address isnt usually opening a command prompt and entering ipconfig /all will list it

I'm putting the correct username and password but it won't let me enter it?

It's the default account and I've tried capitalizing the admin and password but it's not allowing me to past, I'm pretty sure no one changed the username and password of it either.

could always reset it if you definitely have the default user name and password for it and wireless key-or connect by ethernet

some one who has hacked into your wifi could have altered them
