Internet Speed incredibly slow on single computer

For the past two weeks I have been experiencing super slow internet on my desktop computer. I swapped out the Ethernet cables and it is still slow, I got a USB to Ethernet adapter and tested it and it was still slow, and finally to verify it’s not the Ethernet cables I purchased a WiFi adapter and the speeds are still slow. On all other devices I get over 100mbps download but on this device I average around 10-15mbps. I have fixed it in the past by going to device manager and changing the speed-duplex settings around but that no longer fixes it. All drivers are up to date. All help is much appreciated!

A couple ideas ...

Disable any antivirus/firewall software you have and retest.

Check if your network is set to public or private ... don't know why it would matter, but some have found public goes slower.

Type "Network" into search (windows 10) and click network status. At the bottom of the page you will see Network Reset. Try that.
