[SOLVED] Internet speed is slower than resource monitor says im consuming

Hello folks

I've been experiencing issues with my internet speed in the last couple of days. The issue i have is that my internet download speed used to be 10 MBps/sec normally, and for no reason right now it is 500kbps-1MBps more or less.
The resource monitor says i'm using 100% internet speed (10MBps/sec) where as in steam it says i'm downloading at 1MBps/sec.


I don't think its a virus problem, isp problem or firewall problem because I checked all possible issues in relation to those things and i didnt find any issue at all regarding this stuff.

I'm using wired connection.

nevermind I solved it by just changing the port i was using, and i literally got 10x speed again.
