Since that last month i have a problem with my internet connection, only on my pc. My pc is connected with wired internet.
i used to hit 6-7 mb/s and this is now halved to 3.5 mb/s.

in the task manager on the graph ethernet i can see while i am downloading i hit max 32 mbps but the graph is only filled for 60% and the graph sais i could hit 54 mbps.
Any way to fix this or people who have the same problem.

the graph itself is not an indicator of the max speed attainable. it simply scales as the speed changes to give you a good view of the recent speeds. if you were getting 100 mb/s then the graph would likely go to 130 or so. it's just good for the visuals.

the only time the graph would ever show 100% is if you were actually hitting the max for the specific connection you are on. such as 100 mb/s for a 100 mb ethernet. or 480 mb/s for a usb 2 wifi adapter and so on. you're probably on a gb port now so unless you hit 1 gb/s, then the graph will never show it getting to 100%.
