Internet Speed Problems

Hello, i have just moved into my student flat with my friend and i have a pc and a phone and she has a laptop and a phone.

i have done speedtests on them all and on everything apart from my pc they get like 30-40mbps but my pc only gets like 5-15mbps. even though i have the TP-Link AC1900 :/

can someone explain to me why this is happening?

all the devices are on the same Wi-Fi and everything, i just dont understand!!

Try hardwiring the computer to the router and run a speedtest again. If still no change, possible there is a virus or spyware/malware on the computer slowing it down.

I dont know, i dont get access to the router seeing as im in a student flat
