Internet speed really low suddenly

Hello! I downloaded Nexus Mod Manager and downloaded few mods and deleted the program. After that my internet just go very slow. It has been really low for a few weeks now. What can I do to make my internet go back to 50mb/s? Here are the results that I got when I tested the internet few minutes ago: http://www.speedtest.net/result/5888587967.png. When I tested I didn't have any programs on the background. I think that my router is Huawei B593s-22. I have reset the router many times. It is not slow on just one pc, it is slow on every pc/device that is connected to it.
