I just upgraded my setup from a Ryzen 5 2600x to an i7-10700k and with that a new motherboard. I Had the b450 and now have the MSI MPG Z490 Gaming Wifi. The only thing that has changed is the motherboard however my internet speeds went from 800+ to 50-70. While that is still not slow I cannot for the life of me figure out why it decreased.

Things I've tried include a new Ethernet Cable, Updating BIOS, Updating Lan Drivers, Forcing 1 GBPS duplex (Which is my maximum Speed), and testing other devices on my same cable in which my xbox series X got 804 download.

If anyone has any ideas I am more than happy to try them. Thanks!

For anyone curious or if it may help my specs are
RTX 2060 super
i7-10700k
MSI MPG Z490 Gaming Wifi
750w PSU
Corsair 4000x Case

If you didn't do a clean Windows install, that is the most likely problem.
