I'm using a wireless connector through USB on a PC by Cisco. But when I am gaming or watching YouTube videos, the internet just stops working saying "internet interrupted" every 10 minutes. I have also tried restarting my router/modem, wires or cables, and troubleshooting. The troubleshooting just says restart the router which I have done. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

Feel the USB adapter: does it feel hot?

On your own stop using it for awhile. Hold it and see how warm it is. Then try again. Check the USB adapter as soon as the internet stops.

If the adapter is down low on the floor or otherwise back someplace with little air flow try a USB extension cable to move the adapter up and out into the air. (May help with wireless connectivity as well....)

Try a couple of other things to keep adapter cool.

And you can also check Event Viewer logs. Look for network related errors that occur just before or at the time of the internet stops.
