My laptop is wirelessly connected to the internet but it stops working after a few minutes of booting it up and it starts working again for some minutes after I restart. Surprisingly, the internet status shows that my laptop is connected and also has internet access. And the internet is neither working for any kind of apps nor browsers.

The laptop is a Dell Inspiron 5000 series and came with a lot of bloatware. It was during my attempts to free up the ram, that I ended the process of "Smartbyte Network Service", and the internet stopped working immediately.
Kindly provide me with an apt solution and Thanks in advance.
