Hello,
Till now, the internet has been working perfectly. But today it changed to a nightmare. Multiple times the internet on all devices stopped working or worked partially ( couldnt load pages, play videos, but I could still connect to discord channel, steam and even google).
When scanning for problem, i found out, that there is a problem with dns. So I thought, that maybe the problem is with the isp's dns. I changed the isp dns to google dns (on router and the pc)... Did not work. I tried factory resetting router... Still nothing. Checked the cable... Cable was okay.
During one outage I ran tracert and ping to isp's modem ( on roof, we dont have access to that) and it was fine, but I noticed a change in ping from my pc to the router (connected with 1m long cable; change from 1ms to 10-15ms).
That was all I tried/tested. So I need a help from someone much more experienced than me. It could be either router malfunction or isp.
And I also scanned for malware... Nothing.
