Internet suddenly slow on main desktop

I just recently got back from a 2 day vacation to find that my internet on my desktop is almost unusable. I can get onto some websites and load videos, but it takes hours.

I use Skype quite a bit, and I play online games. It is literally impossible to do either without my internet disconnecting.

I use a 2wire Router i3812V with AT&T U-Verse.

I'm not really sure what else to post for this problem so here are my specs:
