internet suddenly slows down on pc

So suddenly my internet's computer slows down. But only on my computer, the other devices seems to work probably fine. I can't even load anything it shows no connection but i have internet access. Btw, im using a ethernet cable. And i have a built-in router on my modem. pls help

First thing, try a new cable, reboot the modem.
