internet tethering wifi

i was wondering is there a way i tether my computer thro wifi, i want it to go wifi>phone>computer. when i tether it eats all my data. (yes i know i can go buy an adapter but at the moment i cant) im using the galaxy note 3

yes you can use pdanet on appstore install the client on your pc and use usb tethering

just be careful of the fine print. many network providers frown on tethering and may disable your service if they suspect it.
