Question Internet Unusuable Every 24 hours

Hi everyone. I've been having this problem for two months now and I'm at my wit's end.

Approximately every 24 hours, my internet suddenly becomes incredibly unstable. I'm still connected to my wifi, but loading webpages becomes much slower, youtube stutters, and I face almost constant DCs while playing an MMO. At least, until I uninstall the wireless card in device manager and restart. Then it works again for about another 24 hours.

I have a custom built computer running Windows 10 x64. I use a USB adapter for wireless: Netgear AC 1200 3.0 USB. (The A6210 to be specific)

Things I have tried:
  1. Network reset - works exactly the same as uninstalling the wireless card.
  2. Uninstalling wireless card
  3. Restarting computer (without uninstalling the wireless)
  4. Connecting to other wifi networks - happens on every single one
  5. My laptop and tablet can stay connected without issues
  6. Running safe mode with networking
  7. Ran antimalware scan with Malwarebytes and Kaspersky
  8. Tried using another USB wifi adapter - same issue. Even tried steps 1-4 with the new adapter
  9. I have moved since the issue started, this issue persists even across two different networks with two different ISPs
  10. Installed and updated drivers from the Netgear site. Still happens
  11. Windows wireless troubleshoot doesn't detect any issues
  12. Disabling Windows Defender Firewall
  13. I've changed power settings to keep the computer on maximum performance, and to keep my wireless adapter at maximum performance.
Does anyone else have any ideas? I'm getting close to the 'just do a full reset of windows' point, but wanted to see if anyone had any ideas first.

Update your post to include full hardware specs.

What time of day?

Make and model router? Do you have admin rights to the router? The router's logs (if available and enabled) may help identify the source problem.

Likewise, Reliability History and Event Viewer on the custom built computer may provide some relevant clue.

Look for error codes and warnings that correspond with the internet becoming unstable.

Could be some app trying to phone home and/or update. Look for some power saver kicking in.

Also: feel the USB wireless adapter before use. Then as you work wirelessly keep checking the adapter. Carefully feel the adapter(s) to determine if it/they get very warm or even hot.

The router is a TP Link AC1750 (Archer A7) and I do have admin rights to the router, however, I don't have any logs available.

However, when I opened the event viewer, I did find a long list of DeviceSetupManager Warnings, some DistributedCOM errors, a User Device Registration Error, and a e1dexpress warning, all happening within seconds of each other.

It starts with DeviceSetupManager which says the following:

"The Network List Manager reports no connectivity to the internet."

The event IDs vary between 200 to 202.

Then the distributedCOM error reads:

Finally, the e1dexpress:

The description for Event ID 27 from source e1dexpress cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

The following information was included with the event:

Intel(R) Ethernet Connection (7) I219-V

The message resource is present but the message was not found in the message table

I use the same adapter on one of the PCs at our house, and I was having some disconnect issues until I downloaded the latest driver from the Netgear site. Haven't had an issue since.
Unfortunately, I did try updating my drivers directly from the Netgear site, but the same issue occurred after 24 hours.
