Hi Everyone,
I have a rogers wireless modem. my usage allocation is 100GB. I want to know if there is any software i can put on my win10 computers that will limit the computers to something like 20GB each. Because if i go over, its $20 a gb.... and when i reach the 20Gb limit, i would need it to shut down the internet on that computer. is there anything like that?

If you're all connected via wireless, you can let Windows know that the connection is limited by setting the WiFi to be recognised as a Metered Connection.
IIRC, all you need to do is click on your wifi symbol, go to Network, and change the setting there.
This won't LIMIT your bandwidth usage, but it will tell Windows to stop downloading updates in the background automatically...for the most part.

I don't think there are any built-in features of Windows that let you cut people off once they've reached a certain bandwidth usage, so the best (and cheapest) solution would be to talk to whoever you're sharing the WiFi with and make sure they understand the cost of bandwidth.

If they don't, well...maybe you need to think about whether you'd like to keep sharing the WiFi with them :\
