Internet usage very oftenly drops to 0kbps, also usage drops to 0kbps when i open file explorer

When wi-fi on pc disappears i can normally use it on my phone

I tried literally everything i could find in internet and no result

I also tried changing my wi-fi antenna, this didn't help

I can't exactly remember as all of these were done a lot of time ago
Device: PC
OS: Win10x64

1. WiFi Adapter- Realtek 8822BE Wireless LAN 802.11ac PCI-E NIC
1.1 Motherboard - Asus Strix ROG X299

2. Randomly. It can either happen every 2 munites or appear once in 20 minutes

3. I can't use cable in my room, sadly. internet socket is broken

Have you ever used it on ethernet cable , check your pc settings and see if your way of connecting is marked as wi-fi or ethernet.
I have a
ASUS® ROG STRIX X99: ATX, USB 3.1, SATA 6 GB/s.

It came with a small unit that connects to the mobo and sends signal to the hub , when i tried it , it did not work properly because somewhere in pc connection settings it was marked as ethernet.

Alright. Wifi on PC is now completely dead. It shows that it receives wifi (these four waves wifi icon) but perfomance tab in taskmanager shows that it receives 0 kpbs and sends 8 kbps
