Question Internet very slow on new gaming rig

I turned it on, the wifi was way slower than my laptop is in the same spot, and I put the ethernet in and my speeds are less than 1mbs. I'm using a netgear powerline through the wall outlet, I did this with my laptop and got good speed. On my phone wifi I'm getting 30mbs. I updated all windows and updated the network drivers. Any suggestions would be nice thanks.

Solved there was a wifi antenna that came with it I never knew about them.
